Great entry-level role for someone who wants to build a career in marine services or fabrication.

Responsibilities:

Assisting fabricators and installers
Material handling
Basic tool use
Shop cleanup and organization

Ideal Candidate:

Willingness to learn
Dependable and detail-oriented
Positive attitude

Marine Templating & Design Specialist
Full-Time | Phoenix, AZ | Shop & Field

Work directly with customers and installers to capture precise deck measurements and design layouts.

Responsibilities:

Digital templating
Creating CAD files
Assisting with design concepts
Ensuring accuracy for fabrication

Ideal Candidate:

CAD experience is a plus
Strong spatial awareness
Comfortable working on boats

CNC Fabrication Technician
Full-Time | Phoenix, AZ | Shop-Based

Help bring designs to life using state-of-the-art CNC machines and fabrication tools.

Responsibilities:

Operating CNC routers and fabrication equipment
Preparing material laminates
Cutting, edging, and quality control
Reading CAD drawings and templates

Ideal Candidate:

CNC or fabrication experience (preferred)
Comfortable with machinery and measuring tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Marine Decking Installer
Full-Time | Phoenix, AZ | Field & Shop Work

If you take pride in clean lines, precision edges, and meticulous fitment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

On-site and in-shop decking installation
Surface prep, bonding, alignment, and finishing
Working safely in marinas, shop environments, and lake areas
Customer communication & professionalism

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in marine, flooring, or construction installation
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors
Reliable transportation
